I have been using this product for 2 i/2 weeks, twice a day 20 min. each leg. No pain relief at all and no sign of improvement. Not arthritis, I injured them running. I have a shoulder that is painful, same story. I had such hopes, I think the concept is good but this product is not delivering what it advertises. I hope to be able to return it . I will continue using it for another week, then I will ask for a return option. Thanks June Lowery

The DPL wrap provide soothing heat. It is good quality, made well, easy to use. Just wrap the LEDs around the area that you want to heat. I use it around my knee. The velcro straps work great. There is no timer, just an on and off switch. Turn it on, and you get warmth. Turn it off, and it stops. And the heat does make the joint feel better. I also have the mit version and that works exceptionally well for the hands.

I wanted to share this to save others from having the same possible confusion as I've had (and others I've seen posting the same issue). I have been using my DPL Flex pad for about a week, three times a day on my chronic sore knee (I walk A LOT for my job) and was pain free at the end of the week, first time in over a year! But recently I glanced at it and noticed there's only two rows of lights working (the bright red LED ones.) I thought, "oh no, it's broken already!" So I went and looked at other's reviews and I saw a couple that were complaining about the same thing. But I also saw some posts from users saying the other rows of lights are "infrared LED light," and you cannot see it with the naked eye. So I looked up online how to test if infrared LED lights are truly working. Several sites said to take a pic with your cell phone and the infrared will show up as dimly purple. Sure enough, see the pic I attached! The two really bright rows are the regular, red LED's. And the dimmer ones are the row of lights that to my naked (eek!) eye, cannot see the infrared light, but they're clearly working! Yaaay! I don't need to go through a whole return procedure, etc! And I HIGHLY recommend this product because as I said, it has been working wonders for me!Read full review
