This is my second bottle. I have not had major weight loss yet but I believe it is giving me the much needed energy I've been needing! Usually if I have had a long day, there is no way I would want to go walk three or four miles. But lately I have had the energy to stick to my walking routine. To be fair, I didn't stick to any eating regimine with the first bottle and saw energy increase but with this bottle I have lost 3 lbs in four days coming off of my sweet tooth Thanksgiving! This did nothing for me. Except give me the WORST migraines ever!! I drink alot of water and electrolytes everyday! My head has never hurt so bad until i started taking this! It did nothing but that for me. I felt so crappy while taking this product.
