I like these bars bars, because they’re made from organic whole food plant based ingredients and have a moderate amount of sugar (12 grams). This bar has 10 grams of protein, not super high, but I find it perfect for a snack on the go. The bar is rather chewy, which I like, but some might not. It also comes in an eco-friendly container for the bars.
