The product is giving me good but not the great sugar control I had hoped for. I need to do more research to see how good it is. My body doesn't respond quickly to any glucose control products quickly--not even prescription drugs. It sometimes takes as long as three months to get a good result. I would recommend this product anyway for someone looking for an affordable way to get diabetic control as well as to reduce all carbs--not just sweets--and to exercise daily which gives the best results along with these tablets.

I had read that berberine helps in lowering blood sugar so gave it a try. It's done a remarkable job in dropping my numbers while I didn't change any other routine eating or exercising, etc. I did do some research as well as consulted my primary doctor.
