i have used these for more than 5 years to stop and prevent future leg cramps. i discovered them while on a motorcycle trip. after setting up camp, and going to sleep, i woke up in the middle of the night with cramps. i battled them most of the night, which made for lousy sleep. the next day i stopped at a Dollar General store looking for caffeine to stay awake, and stumbled across these pills. that was the end of leg cramps on that trip. and i have been using them every since. i find that usually one pill at bedtime is enough to prevent cramps. on the odd night when i do get a cramp, i take 3 pills, and within 1/2 hour, they subside for the rest of the night. the following night i take 2 pills, then go back to one.

I still have leg cramps but w/o this product -- they are worse. I like that they are dissolvable in one's mouth. When I am in lots of pain, and grab for relief,...I need not fear choking on some huge dry pill. I have trouble swallowing anyway...so this is definitely a bonus feature for my purposes. They are odorless and basically tasteless and leave NO AFTERTASTE !!!

When I work outside hard or if I am on my feet all day, I can always expect a leg cramp or cramps at night. Although I do drink tons of water and Gatorade, I will still get leg cramps, and at times they are painful. My brothers have the same type of cramps; must be a genetic thing.
