I thought I would try the pqq and the ubiquinol was a plus. I actually can feel the difference in energy. If I miss a dose, I can tell. Great stuff. Won't be without it again.

buy this product for me (60) and my husband (77), he takes statins for several years and although he is taking water-soluble Q10 (Dr.Sinatra) he shows fatigue and is very agitated with the efforts, after reading about this product I considered it would be a help for both, we started taking 2 pills a day, morning and afternoon, but both of us started to have joint pains in the knees, hips, wrists, etc. and the minimum blood pressure of my husband averaged about 10mm hovering around the 90mm thing that previously did not happen. I decided that my husband took 1 pill in the morning and I continued to take morning and afternoon to see what happened. About 15 days after this my joint pains continue although they diminish with the taking of apple cider vinegar (the mother) and the minimum pressure of my husband under slightly but not at the values he had before starting. Is possible this product have a soy been, it produce join pain. I do not know if this is in relation to this new medication or something else, even we both do not feel much stronger (1 month to start) but surely the creation of mitochondria will take more time.Read full review
