Bought a Babyliss Pro Nano maybe 4-5 years ago and it has been perfect. Then got another one to have at my daughter's house for when I visit, and it is so hot on the low setting that it burns (not literally) my skin. The original one was just right and the cord was a simple plug in. This newer one (from December 2019) has one of those large awkward block plug ins, which makes it harder to store.

I bought this dryer to replace my old Babyliss hair dryer that still works but I broke the back screen/filter part off of it. It was probably 10 years old so I decided it was time for an upgrade. The dryer is lightweight and not overly loud like other dryers I owned in the past. It dries my hair quickly and leaves it shiny and frizz free. Great blow dryer. I already had one and purchased this one because my other one is very old and quite scratched up. My old one does get a little hotter than this one but both work the same otherwise. It’s lighter than most dryers and quiet - or as quiet as a hair dryer can be. Dries fast. If you want volume this may not be the dryer for you. My hair is fine and I use a volumizer shampoo and hair product so I get some volume. I also own the travel version of this dryer which I love.
