Since I started taking this product, I just feel better overall. This is important as I suffer from an auto-immune disease for which there is no cure and limited medications. I am 77 years old and the "aging process" is doing its thing. But I am not overweight, do not have diabetes, do not have high blood pressure, and only take two regular prescribed medications: one for Myasthenia Gravis and one for a long time thyroid condition. I sleep well, do not over eat, try to consume more water, do not drink soft drinks that are carbonated, and take a regular regimen of vitamins and minerals including D3+Calcium/Magnesium/Phosphorus, B12, raw zinc, Mega Red oil, baby aspirin. Due to having a family history of heart disease, I have watched my diet for years cutting down on red meat and eating more fish and limited pork. Most meat and fish is baked, not fried.
