I originally started taking this product to see if I could improve my bone density. I haven't been tested since taking it so can not speak to that but there is one thing I have noticed. For years every time I would wash my hair (2 or 3 times a week) there would be so much hair in the shower drain. I haven't been doing anything else different but in recent weeks maybe months I suddenly realized we were not always cleaning my hair from the drain. I can only attribute it to taking this supplement.
