The product works, but what the instructions do not tell is the Intake hose hole is closed off. It's the small hole on the side of the tubing. It might have been just mine, but I noticed this high-pitch noise a day or two after install. I took it to the shop thinking it was something else wrong with my car. Nope! The Intake tubing was closed shut from the manufacturer. The shop could break through the rubber without tearing up the hose. So I had to buy an Honda part which cost me $50. Not properly made
The part needs to connect the air filter and a small hose to the throttle body, but the inlet for the small hose was not properly made, such that the inlet did not connect to the centre of the part, but rather it capped the hose. As I needed to drive the car cross country the next day I cut a hole myself, which made me nervous as it was hard to do well and rubber that flakes off can get stuck in the throttle and valves.The part needs to connect the air filter and a small hose to the throttle body, but the inlet for the small hose was not properly made, such that the inlet did not connect to the centre of the part, but rather it capped the hose. The item arrived very quickly. Met the standards and fitment of the original air intake hose. Only down fault was it arrived with a lot of metal shaving inside and outside of it. Which I sprayed out with a air hose and wiped out with a microfiber clothe.
