Nice shaver. I put off buying one too long and glad I did buy this one. They do make another model which has a trimmer but I like this one anyway. Battery lasts a long time and cleaning it under running water makes it easy to maintain. I recommend it even thiugh I havent tried any others since my 20 year old one it replaced. I definitely waited too long. Now I look forward to shaving rather than it being a chore.

The shaving quality was satisfactory. Electric shavers are never as good as the razor but in comparison to my old Remington (still works but makes strange noises), the shave was about the same. I expected better as this has a foil and my Remington was rotary but I wasn't disappointed either. However, I expected the Braun to last more than a month. After a month usage, it suddenly quit. I see no damage to the shaver but it will not operate any longer. MY RECOMMENDATION if you purchase the item is to protect it from all bumps. It is a nice shaver but, as in my case, maybe DELICATE

Close comfortable shave. Good battery life. I wish it had a trimmer as well. The trimmer mentioned in the description is a "trimmer" between the blade to take care of long hairs but it is not a popup trimmer you can user for sideburns or a mustache. But I do like the product.
