This book was very well written with sound nutrition advice. The diet plan is easy to follow and not confusing to the reader. The science of weight loss explanations were very easy to understand and does not overwhelm the reader with too many details. I would recommend this book to anyone who is concerned about their health and not just trying to lose weight. I would give it five stars.
