I just started taking this supplement not too long ago( twice a day as recommended) but I can tell it’s working very well on me. Not only for The migraine, but it helps with cramps and canker sore from Vitamin B / magnesium defici too. oh, and it makes me sleep so well. Since I took this, I had migraine a couple times ( very mild ones), then I took the supplement and the pain was just simply gone. I really wish I found it sooner, for years that I’ve been suffering from migraine that the strongest pills my doctor described didn’t even work.
