I wanted to see if it could improve oven spring in my sourdough bread. The jury is still out on the matter. There are too many factors involved in the bread making process. Time will tell if it was a worthy purchase. you need a not sure option on the above "Tell us more"

I tried this in my bread recipes and the results couldn't be better. I tried with and without the malt powder. The dough with was fuller and the rise was about 25 percent larger. I'll always add a small amount to all my bread and roll recipes.
