I bought this for my mother because she has constant foot and leg pains and was using a simple epidemic roller to relief discomfort instead. Saw this might work better and it does! She loves it and have helped her to get some relief

If seated while using this roller (the instructions say that you should never stand on it), I can't really generate enough pressure to get much of a massage. It just doesn't feel like much, and my feet don't feel any different afterward. If one stood (I am not endorsing or recommending this!) they could do one foot at a time, but that's not how it's supposed to be used, and it could break. So that's no good. The roller looks nice, and the quality seems good (i.e. it hasn't broken and doesn't squeak). But it takes up quite a lot of space compared to a cylindrical roller or a pinkie ball, and either of those work better for me. I think this might work for someone who likes a really light massage, but maybe don't expect more than that.

The product itself it’s ok, but the rollers wasn’t placed properly to get effective massage. Plus just the only two different ones are effective under the foot. These with the pin’s one’s.

well made, light weight so easy to move to different places, nubs are deep enough to give feet a massaged feeling

This thing is the best, bought one as a gift and for myself. Do just wish there we more of the single pressure point ends, but this thing is awesome.
