I take a medicine that makes me constipated. I tried this and at first nothing seemed to be happening. Then towards the end of the two weeks my bowel movements were getting softer. Then on the next to last day I had several somewhat explosive stools as though I was purging. I also had some nausea on that last day. But now I feel SO MUCH better after cleaning my body out.
