I have been using this for about 3 years now as a meal replacement when I have a low appetite or a snack. I do recommend mixing this with something else as it's extremely bland.

I have never written a review on a product before, but this product demanded one. Despite saying on the packaging that it is "100% whey protein isolate," "Pure," "Nature's best," and "Unflavored" - all of which would lead one to expect the absence of additives, it contains soy lecithin. That is a total dealbreaker for me, as I never, never eat soy of any kind. Nothing against the seller, only against the product - the marketing is totally deceptive. If there is even .5% of soy lecithin in it, it's not 100% whey protein, is it?

After going Keto I was urged to purchase this product along with may other new products needed to eat this lifestyle way. I have used every other product that I've bought except this one. I've used it only once and was not impressed by the results it gave. I have been able to reproduce recipes with out it and they have turned out without incidence. Save your money as it's VERY expensive! Too expensive to simply be sitting on the shelf awaiting its expiration.
