But best of all, instead of having a bowel movement every other day I now typically have one twice a day, and that, my friends, is a life-changing experience. It has taken almost a year of trying different things to make my stomach comfortable especially after evening meal. PepZin GI is doing the job with 1 cap in AM and 1 PM. Take before breakfast and supper. I have also been taking 75 mg ranitidine late afternoon, but some days not needed. The only thing I haven't figured out is how long to keep taking PepZin.
