It took larger doses than recommended on the product and also took longer than 1 week. Actually it took 5 weeks, based on a dosage of 3 a day for two weeks , than 2 a day for 2 weeks and 1 a day. Recommended dosage by a herblist. And I am totally feeling unbelievable. I have been in total discomfort in my knees and in fact , 6 months ago got a shot in one knee and didn`t help also, my back had been aching me. I can honestly say that I am doing great. every situation is different and what works for one person , may not work for another. For me , according to the dosage recommendations on the bottle of this product, it didn`t work for me. The herblist helped me with suggested dosages and it definitely fixed me. I had a problem with knee pain , after taking for one month, no knee pain, I also seem to have less pain everywhere I do think the product needs time to get into the blood stream , so wait for the complete month to know if the product is working for you. I was impressed with the way this product seems to have repaired the damage to my knee. I had that pain for about 6 months before my Dr. told me to try this since I am against using pharmacy type meds due to the severe side effects they all seem to cause.
I've been using this product for a few months now. If i miss a dose, I'm back in pain. I'm taking for lower back disc pain; it was diagnosed as degenerative disc disease. Plus the caps are veggie caps and that's important to me. It works much better than Glucosamine or MSM ever did. I take a capsule everyday and will continue to do so; it works!
