Fairly low carb, hi protein, bar that gives a nice start to the day. Has helped me get over chocolate cravings as this particular bar has a rich chocolate taste esp due to the small chocolate chunks. Good for you while satisfying some bad food habits (such as eating lots of chocolate).

Out of all the Quest protein bars I've had this tastes the best. There is a metallic after taste that I hate. It just has a chemical and very dry taste and texture. I do like that is nutrinonally sound from what I can tell and it does have a lot of fiber and protein. It is tolerable for me the other flavors are really bad.

I didnt realize these were expired and boy does that make a difference in taste and texture. They are hard, dry and taste like wax...I love them fresh, but I wouldn't waste your money on these. Spend the extra 5 bucks to have them fresh and palatable.
