Very easy to use and what I like is you can determine the dose you want to take since it is in powder form. I take this every evening and mix with some warm water and then add some cold water to top it off. Between this and the calcium supplement I take I no longer have leg cramps at night and my feet and calves don't cramp when I swim so I know it is making a difference for me.
