At first, I was having lots of trouble finding vegetarian or vegan lutein supplements. However, I came upon these. I read somewhere online that that recommended dosage of lutein is 10mg 10 mg and zeaxanthin is 2mg per day. And because I usually watch my favorite shows and movies on television, computer and/or tablet while I am a vegetarian, I am very glad to have found these. I highly recommend these to the rest of my fellow vegetarians everywhere.

The newer version is the full dose in one capsule but I like this one better since it lets me spread the 2 capsules out. Within a day I noticed colors appeared more vivid; not sure I would have believed that if someone had told me but that's been my experience with the product. Ordered and took it for my eye health and wasn't really expecting a noticeable difference in my vision.
