Immediately after the first day of taking these vitamins, I noticed a tremendous difference in my "waste" if you will. Of course my urine was bright and yellow as expected with most multivitamins. The pills have a strong external smell but no smell in urine, I am not sure of the energy claim, but I do feel it is important to take your recommended daily dose. Cost savings was good when compared to retail. I would buy again

Have been taking the GNC brand Energy & metabolism formula for a few years now. An average American's metabolism starts to drop in their early 30's. It has a unique blend of supplements that helps increase energy and metabolism. I made a mistake once of taking Mega Men Sport which is a different formula and I noticed a difference. I really like this vitapak! I feel like it does give me some energy and speeds up my metabolism. I notice it especially when I don't take them for a while.
