First, and foremost make sure it is a Hypierce Hypervolt. All other massagers are just lower quality. Period! Easy to use. Works excellent. Gets to the sore muscles, with a deep penetrating massage that really gets the blood flowing. I was injured in an accident. Hit by a Big diesel Truck with trailer. Broke my neck & back.
