My only problem with this product is that the box was clearly ripped but taped together again, which was a little bit sketchy but other than that, the product works amazing and has everything included in it, even a battery, comes in a little zipper pouch inside the box with is great for traveling with! The trimmers work great too and do a great job at trimming your hair- Highly recommend!
