This my second bottle and they make everything better. I take two at bedtime and the next day I will use the restroom normally. This has no laxative effect at all. I will continue to use these.

I have had chronic constipation from a slow colon for several years now, and have tried all the different laxatives from cheap to expensive, about ready to give up on ever using the restroom properly again I found these online and decided "Why Not", one more can't hurt me..1st day took 1 early afternoon and 2 at bedtime, the next morning after breakfast I was running to the toilet! Used bathroom 3 good times and next day just tried 2 at night and worked again, complete bowel movements like supposed to happen.I feel much better now and just do 1-2 every 2 nights and everything's working properly with no diarrhea. .I am buying lots more of this Intestinal Movement formula !! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT, BEST ANYWHERE!!

Intestinal Movement Formula
