I was Diagnosed with a #6 pinched nerve in my neck. No accident. I just woke up with it! I was going to physical therapy for over three weeks. I had a lot of pain in my neck,upper back and middle of my right arm. It freakin hurt! The therapist applied heat/stimulus and stretched my neck with minimal relief. My physical therapist and my yoga teacher recommended the Saunders cervical neck stretching machine. So I researched it and found it cost $400 new and it had a lot of positive reviews. But I was able to find a good used one for Less than 1/2 of that! Definitely worth it. The 1st week I used it twice a day for 10 minutes each session and got immediate relief as compared to 3 weeks of PT! So I stopped going to PT. By not going to PT just 3 times. I already paid for the machine,plus I got better relief! That’s a Win-win In my book. Now I may use it once or twice a week. Pain is not completely gone. But I feel so much better and I can work at my desk again! I think if I continue to use it my pain will fully go away eventually. There are a few similar machines out there but IMO I think it’s a better value to get a Saunders machine used in good condition than getting another brand thats new! Saunders is a quality brand. I Highly recommend this type of neck stretch machine over the inflatable neck pillows and the over the door neck hammocks. I tried the expanding 4 layer expanding neck pillow. It Doesn’t work nearly as well as this machine. Yeah Saunders cost more. But if you are in pain and don’t want to waste time. This machine is IMO one of the best alternatives. Read full review

Using this feels nothing like the massive computer driven machine. The only traction I feel is when I strap in. The pump accomplishes so little, I achieve greater stretching by sliding my body up and down half an inch. I wish they sold a stationary unit instead of messing w the questionable slide.

Was taking p.t. 3 times weekly...really bit time out of my daily schedule. This product is sooo easy to set up and use. The pump system takes only a few strokes to get to the 25# pressure recommended by my therapist. The devise is well built, compact, and the mechanism for grasping your neck and head is the same as that on the commercial model used at a clinic. Great buy!

This is the exact product I used for my Physical Therapy sessions. I was very relieved to have found it online to use at home. It is well made, works perfectly, and provides the cervical stretch to help with keeping the upper spine in line. I only wish Medicare would get with the program and help cover the cost.

I have cervical stenosis and with that comes compressed nerves. I used on of these at a physical therapist office and I thought that it might be very helpful to me to have at home. It didn't disappoint. I can't cure what I have but I can relieve pressure off my neck. Easy to use. Also the carrying case makes it easy to take with you if you need to.
