I have tried lots of meal replacements and this one is the best. I used it when when I was on the HMR plan and continue to use it as a fill-in food when I am really hungry. The flavor is full and chop some ice in it and it tastes great and takes my hunger away for hours. It is a bit pricey, but my health is more important than my money!
