One day all was well and then the next day for no reason whatsoever my top left leg was in very very much pain . After seeing the doctor I found out it was arthritis , I don't know how this happened in just one day but I was given medication that did not work and then a shot in my upper left thigh which took 2 weeks to kick in . In the meantime my son-in-law who worked at a health food store recommended Puritans Pride as he heard so many good reviews on it .
