I have used this product as a supplement maybe 3 to 4 times a week in the near past. I work a full-time job and 2 part-time jobs and sometimes it's hard to fall and stay asleep because I get a little wound up by the time I get home. After going through a whole bottle of Somnapure this way, I would sometimes find myself un-able to focus during the day. Not really woozy or tired, just un-able to totally focus. I have found that for me, occasional use works best. That is why I only give it 4 stars.

My doctor and I wrestled with the available sleeping aids available to me to help with sleep disturbences due to back pain and restless leg symdrone with limited results. I take two and go to bed and within an hour I'm fast asleep and remain asleep all night waking up refreshed and ready for the day. I took the container to my doctor and told him of my sucess with Somnapure and now he is recommending them to other paitients and I got my sister to try them and they work wonderfully for her who suffers from nagging spinal pain. I highly recommend them to anybody who wants a good nights sleep night after night without the sleeping effects deminishing over time and knowing you are putting natural ingredeants into your body instead of man-made compounds that harm you over time. There are different grades of Somnapure that are a little stronger than the one picutred, but I find this one works very well for me and if you have been looking for relief from a bad night(s) of sleep please do what I did and order the product, you will not be disappointed.Read full review
