The serum makes your hair softer that's as far as it goes, I've used it for almost a month no change still losing hair, probably more since using this! It's not expensive just a disappointing purchase, the reason why it is dangerous is they come in ampules, the glass head doesn't just snap like they should it shatters, the glass is really thick and I cut my finger once and other occasions I'm looking on the floor for shards of glass and this is unavoidable I've tried numerous ways unless you have a glass cutter in hand..
