Author does an excellent job of leading you through the book while building upon previous info. I'm just about 3/4 through the book and at this point I think I will be buying his cd's or dvd's that do the meditation phase of this book. It may be possible to follow meditation scripts but I think the discs would be a lot easier & quicker to follow. So, it's fair to say that I am quite impressed.
