This is an excellent and quick read for anyone looking to get over mental blocks in your sport or business. For me, it helped in both (bowling and my small business)

This book is full of words that describe what the author only knows. He does not put it down on everyone's level. His descriptions of how to overcome poor choices of getting ready for a match are difficult for everyone to relate to their specific life situations. If the author defined his terms a little better this book might be worth the $6 I paid for it. It just did not help me in the areas where I needed assistance.

I just started reading this book, as it was highly recommended by several people I know, to develop concentration and focus. Lessons learned, can be applied to business, sports, self development and more.

This is very easy reading (can be done in one sitting), and entertaining. It focuses on the mental preparation during practice and competition (mental management). And why so many of us get nervous when the stakes get higher. It breaks down our conscious mind, sub-conscious, and self image (confidence, not ego). There are a number of very appropriate examples to demonstrate his points.
Easy to read on how being positive helps your subconscious overcome and succeed.
