I saw the author on Dr. Oz. I know two people who started drinking smoothies. Both have stuck with it for months. They lost weight,felt better and had more energy. When I saw them talking about this book on the show, I decided to buy it. It not only has smoothies but some healthy dinner recipes. I've only been drinking the smoothies about 5 days, but they taste great and I am enjoying drinking them. I can't wait to try some of the dinner recipes. They look great too.
