It is somewhat of an old saying amongst the fans, that Nick Cave is incapable of making bad music. This CD replaced a previous one that was just worn-out! The more I listen to The Boatman's Call the more I am drawn into a magical world of love, tenderness & sadness. Nick Cave is a very complex man and a great song writer! He gets the album going with the wonderful ballad "Into My Arms" and the songs just gets better and better one song after another. I especially love "People Ain't No Good". A wonderfull, slow paced album full of emotional, but quiet songs.
What a great voice he has. His music is so relaxing and wonderful.
