What a fantastic cookbook. Perhaps not for the novice cook, but as a fairly advanced home cook, I find this book easy to follow and understand with illustrated diagrams from how to cut a chicken to the best beef bourguignon that I have ever tasted. It is a well written classic with very detailed cooking instructions that you will not find any where else. I am so pleased with it and I highly recommend it to anyone.
