    Polish Sausages, Authentic Recipes and Instructions by

    Great Polish sausage making book, has some recipes in it I have found no where else. Only disadvantage of the book is that the measurments are in grams,kilo's,ect. I had to buy a scale to be able to weigh the ingredients. Very easy book to understand and I would recommend this book to the novice and experienced sausage maker.

    EXCITTED!

    cannot wait to receive this book! I love making things from scratch but never made sausage be4! I'm hoping that there is a recipe in there that my Polish Grandma used to call "rice ring"...I remember buying it in the meat department for her.
