This is not what I was looking for. I was looking for a book that was all inclusive on calories not constant brand names. For example calories in an apple - they just give a cup of apples sliced with and without skin. There are several different types of apples i.e., Granny Smith and McIntosh, who don't have the same number of calories. Not all the categories for beef or chicken that would be helpful. Will keep looking and this book will be donated.
