The Whole 30 Eating Plan was different than I expected. I assumed it was more of a "clean eating" type of lifestyle. While it may be that, it is much more complicated and restrictive than I was led to believe. Some may like it, but it just wasn't for me. I just finished my first whole 30 days. I found it to be very easy to do. I have no cravings for sweets and could care if I ever have them again. I am never hungry or craving anything. All my pains in my knees and back are gone. I am sleeping for more than 4 hours a night in over 30 years. I have lost 20 pounds and still losing. I like Whole30, however, I believe it would be better in a bound form as it is hard to jump back and forth between several pages if you want to check on a page previously read. It is also hard to find a recipe after you have read the whole book. The book have wonderful sounding recipes I would like to try, however, I need to now purchase the book so I can try them!
