Sorry you weren't pleased with your purchase. The ad states that there are multiple Climate Controls being sold and that they are USED with some wear, but besides that all have been tested and work correctly. If your not pleased with the climate control or the way it looks send it back. These Climate controls are $100 shipped. Not $200 like the rest of them. I have nicer ones if you'd like one. Or you can write a review complaining instead of messaging me & getting it solved. Up too you.
