The packaging for sending was exceptional!!!!
The pictures of it did say everything, but working??? NOT. There was thread caught wrapped around fan near mortar, made a horrible sound, blades hardly moving, I would have never bought at price I paid, with refurbishing. I think seller could have plugged it in before selling.
After taking apart getting thread untangled, and well oiled it works like a dream.
