They seller stuck two cards in half a paper envelope and sent it through the mail. There wasn’t anything to protect them what so ever not even plastic sleeves. Just two bare cards in a thin paper envelope. The cards showed up extremely damaged and well off from the condition described. I want a full refund please.

I left a positive feedback, AND issued a full refund immediately once I learned the items were damaged in the mail. What else could I do? I made everything right with the buyer, and even let them KEEP the merchandise that was supposedly damaged without even asking for any evidence. It was an $8.00 item. I ate the shipping and everything.
