I have purchased vehicles on ebay before an never had such a poor experience ..the owners daughter lacey was very ugly over the phone an in person.. in business things may not go smoothly but every effort is made to achieve that goal.besides the poor behavior the pics of vehicle did not include headlight assemble hanging in place an fuse box cover missing....when you sell a vehicle it should always be sold clean just to show common courtesy ...I kno the father didn't become successful like this

Sir, u took 4wks to complete the purchase & we were patient throughout. We promptly answered all questions u had. We sent additional pictures. Against our security policies, we allowed u to pick up after hours. If we knew that a cover was missing, we would have replaced it just as we did the 2 batteries. We tried to refund u & u declined. U were given the choice not to take the truck. Unfortunately u didn’t reach out to resolve this issue before leaving a review, we would have refunded the cost.
