Ordered and received no tracking for 2 weeks, reached out to seller. They hadn’t shipped yet, order didn’t go through. Received tracking and item arrived in a reasonable amount of time, pictures look like new, item condition stated new. Item functions like new but certainly didn’t appear to be brand new, this item had been used previously. Overall happy with the item. Just a little misleading, with a delay up front when ordered. I’m more of a fit and function person.
