I bought this primarily to use for turning engines from the crankshaft bolt when setting valves or degreeing cams. There's not a lot of room in an engine compartment for doing this so every tooth on the ratchet counts, and at 120 clicks - one every 3 degrees - it makes more efficient use of available space which translates to more degrees of revolution per turn. Plus the 24" length gives a lot leverage which is really appreciated on high compression ratio drag race engines. 99% of my tools are American made because failure is not an option at the race track no matter how good the warranty. I was a bit hesitant to buy a Taiwanese ratchet, but this had all of the features I wanted at a reasonable price. After using it for a while I'm convinced it is good quality and confident it will last a long time.Read full review
