The seller was dealing with a personal family issue but could have communicated and helped with the shipping issue. The package was shipped FedEx smart label economy ground, the worst way to send anything. I asked for second day air. It took 20 days with 2 delivery dates. He never responded to e mails nor helped in tracking. FED EX explain to me the seller was the only one that could upgrade the delivery to priority.  The seller never responded
