Works pretty well, I just used it as a template instead of as a cutting guide. I ended up peeking back my trip panel to endure I didn't cut into the metal on the other side. One thing to note, is that while this lines you up inside of the area you're supposed to cut out for the striker plates, it doesn't actually fill up the entire space that would normally be cut out from the factory. That being said, it still left me enough room to adjust my latches.

The seal installer was as-described and shipped quickly. It worked well, although I did have to tap around the perimeter to get the seal to seat evenly. The installer was not quite stiff enough to pull the seal fully into place with just the bolts. This may be due to the fact that I did not lube the outer surface of the seal. Still, it's a nice tool, and well-made.
