Bought this in 2021 but just now got around to using it. I have a 1999 Ford escort I've owned for 15 years and brakes have never been bled. 2 years ago I had to replace the driver-side caliper for a blown seal; the brake fluid that came out was dark green! Youtube reviews recommended this product, and it looked easy enough to use. There's a small bit of technique, but I learned to push the bleeder nipple into the caliper while the hose is attached; doing this helps seal up the threads as you slowly turn the nipple loose so you can maximize what the vacuum pump can suck out. I did both front wheels in about an hour, but with more practice (I still need to do the rears) you can probably get them done in less time. And obviously keep checking your master cylinder so you don't drain it! I drained the catch bottle when it got to 2/3 full and never had issues. I highly recommend this product; brake bleeding is so much easier now, and I will be much less hesitant about doing more down the road.Read full review
