The item was never delivered to me, but it was delivered to another purchaser of the same product a town over. I had a horrible experience with FedEx since the sender sent me the wrong tracking information. Only after the item delivered to the other person was I able to get more information from FedEx and contact the sender. The sender did refund my purchase, but I wanted a replacement product, but they had no more inventory. Overall awful experience and refund alone wasn’t nearly good enough.
