The ad clearly identified that there are cosmetic flaws and various dents and dings. The chest is in operational condition and and it was advertised "for parts or not working." For my purposes, it's a better deal than buying new from Snap-On. Shipping was almost immediate and it arrived when UPS noted it would. It was robustly packaged and none of the damage was the result of shipping. I'd buy from this seller again.
